Solved Divi Ultimate Blocking Visual Builder

When you're facing the "page not found" issue for visual builder, you just need to go to Settings -> Permalink & click save. Then try to access the visual builder again.

 

May I know if you are using our child theme on a staging site?

Cause previously there is a member reported such issue before. And in the end, the member said that it only happenned in staging site & works fine on the live site.

Also another member proposed to increase the memory limit of your server. Not sure it will help in your case or not.

Till today, only this one member reported such issue.

 

Previously when I checked on that reported site, I found that it's because of the post slider module in the custom header. When the post slider module is removed, then the visual builder will work.

Though, on my site it works well & none reported such issue. That member is the only one that encountered such issue & you're the second one.

Though in newer version of Divi Ultimate Plugin, we already added another code to prevent Visual Builder from loading the custom header. By theory, that should've solved the issue.

If re-installing Divi Ultimate Plugin v5.0 doesn't work, try the below as well. Taken from ElegantThemes support forum. Just ask your host to change it for you & see if it works.
