Menu keeps opening sub pages while editing

Perhaps you have some other plugins that cause this issue. To confirm, you can try to enable Safe Mode in WP Admin > Divi > Support Center > Safe Mode > Enabled & see if the problem is still there or not.

If it works fine in Safe Mode, meaning one of your plugins is causing the issue & you will need to enable / disable your plugins one by one to find the culprit. So far I only heard about Wordfence + Divi Library issue.

You can try to disable those plugins & see if it works.

 

That's certainly weird. This means that the issue might be with Divi theme itself, but I couldn't replicate it on my demo site.

1. Try to update Divi & Wordpress to the latest version.
2. Clear your browser cache & site cache.
3. And see if it works in Safe Mode.
4. If not, kindly check your PM & share with us a temporary admin login details for us to test it.
